El Olivo Beautiful Rural location 3 bed villa

Großzügige Hausaufteilung mit viel Platz und zwei großen Terrassen, die einen absolut traumhaften Ausblick bieten. Die Betten sind bequem und das obere Badezimmer ist modern gestaltet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin Louise, die sehr zuvorkommend war und uns sofort mit zusätzlichen Decken und Handtüchern ausgeholfen hat. Eine Waschmaschine im Außenbereich ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Haus ist leider nicht winterfest und weist erhebliche bauliche Mängel auf: Bei Regen drang Wasser durch undichte Fenster, die Dachlüftung im unteren WC und die Küchentür ein, was wir mühsam mit Handtüchern abdichten mussten. Ein Entfeuchter war nötig, dennoch roch es muffig, und an Wänden sowie Decken rieselte bereits der Putz. Im unteren Bad fehlen zudem Handtuchhalter. Von einem Aufenthalt in Conil im Winter raten wir aufgrund der Kälte und Feuchtigkeit ab, da das Haus die Witterung nicht ausreichend abfängt.

La maison est grande et bien équipée (électroménager, fer à repasser, vaisselle). Nous étions 6 adultes et un enfant. Le quartier est très calme et la position est assez centrale, avec un grand axe de circulation à proximité, il est donc très facile et rapide de se déplacer dans toutes les directions. La vue est imbattable. La maison est en hauteur donc attendez vous à avoir du vent. A 5 minutes à pied, il y a le teleclub de Conil où vous pouvez manger ou boire un verre.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'intégralité de l'île. Vue magnifique+++ Literie confortable. Maison spacieuse et dans quartier calme. Draps changés et nettoyage fait dans les salles de bain au milieu du séjour. Arrivé et depart autonome.

Manque de vaisselle. Piscine non chauffée et non filtrée

The location is surreal, you fell like in the middle of nowhere. Easy parking, quiet neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen and a great selection of books to keep you entertained. The host was polite and helpful.

It can get a little bit cold inside due to lack of central heating, and the boiler couldn’t provide enough hot water to fill the tub.

Great location in the middle of island and all of places from there are near. Great view. the house is spacious. In addition to ordinary towels, beach towels are also available.

It should be a little cleaner in the house, surfaces and utensils in the kitchen and the floors.

Great location for hiking, beautiful rural aetting, nice private swimming pool.

The house needs good cleaning. Despite that, we really liked our stay and we would come back again.

Verry large house, heated pool, parking space, easy acces. We have spended 7 full days and love it!

One of the three shower room had mould/damp smell. A few water leaks needed mopping during a very windy and stormy day.
