The host was totally lovely and made every effort to anticipate any needs we might have. The rooms were fairly spacious and set up very beautifully. The neighborhood is not a very fancy neighborhood, but has a charm about it and the host was wonderful about providing tips as to nearby grocery shopping and sites to see. Wifi was very good.

The only reason I would give it a 9 and not a perfect 10 is that the stairwell outside the apartment consistently had an odor of either cigarette or weed smoke (though that is not necessarily under the host's control). Some people are not particularly sensitive to those smells, but I happen to be. It should be emphasized that the inside of the apartment did NOT have that smell.

The apartment is lovely, and the owner is very nice and welcoming. There is no designated parking, but it is very convenient to find parking on the street. The neighborhood is nice and safe, close to restaurants and places of entertainment. The apartment was very clean and pleasant.

The mattresses were hard, so for those who are used to soft beds, this may bother them. Also, there is no elevator. Only stairs.

Apartment is updated and cute. Manager was very responsive. We liked the coffee maker and little balconies for having coffee.

No living/sitting room. Area is run down, but some apartments have been updated (like this one). Abandoned building next door, even Gett drivers expressed concern dropping us off on that street.

Apartment was as expected. It was centrally located in middle of tel aviv. Apartments was older but functional. As we were there only 2 nights it was adequate accommodation. Facilities were in order and most of what you would expect in an older building.
