Grassholm Cottage with Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

Great location for our base to explore the local area. Lovely clean & warm & well kitted out kitchen & living area. The hot tub is great to relax in after day of walking & sight seeing. Dog friendly with secure dog run area Lil pricey per night BuT still worth it for a much needed break away.

Nothing to dislike !! The description tells all u kneed & was just as expected on arival Only one thing is checkin could been lil earlyer as 1600 seams a lil late in the day.

The setting

The owner was down right rude!!! There was no heating on when we arrived. We called for him to come fix it.He boomed at me and my partner that it was warm enough for him!! I asked for my money back and wanted to leave! He refused saying he wasn't falling for that old chestnut!! The heating in bedroom never came on.Such a shame as it was a Beautiful setting and only spoilt by his rudeness!

The cottage is very clean, comfortable and mostly well equipped. The styling is lovely and it was very quiet whilst we were here, which we appreciated.

Nothing really but just a note that for guests who like to self cater, one very small frying pan and no saucepan lids makes it more of a challenge than it would ideally be! A fry up takes several pans when one larger one would have done everything. Thankfully I did bring our own covered pan for the oven too!! Otherwise everything was spot on.

Lovely location overlooking the sea from the luxurious hot tub! 10 minutes from local pubs/shops/beaches. Was really good for our two dogs as it meant they weren't in the car too long to get anywhere.

It was a bit noisy one night as the wind turbine outside span quite quickly which kept one of our dogs awake, but this was easily drowned out with a radio on classic fm

Easy to find, hassle free and lovely accommodation.

I didn't use the hot tub but I think they could have been made a little more private.

Stunning location and you can see the sea from the hot tub. Just overall fantastic stay. Really enjoyed the place.
