The room and view were both excellent. The bed was Betty comfortable. The two young men who essentially ran everything, Were outstanding. Song was his name.

This was a disastrous stay. We booked the studio apartment 4 days during Têt holiday. For the privilege if staying during Têt our room cost 3X the average rate and there was only two staff members and one security guard during our entire stay. With a sold out hotel, the manager decided to forego guest comfort, convenience, and above all THE SAFETY of the guests. 100s is guests. 3 staff members. We had no towels in our room the first day. They were brought the next day and left outside our door. The studio apartment is by no means and apartment. It was anormal sized hotel room with an extra sink, A teapot, and a small counter stove. There us no couch, additional sitting area (aside from the balcony), and no dining table of any sort. The place is built so cheaply. There is no desk lamp to work by, nor are there any side our back lights in the bed, so one might read at night. THE ONLY OPTION FOR LIGHT, were the four very very bright overhead lights. Also upon arrival we were told that earthing needed to be paid up front, in CADH ONLY. Despite their website clearly starting credit cards were accepted, we were told that the card ma hi e was broken a week nature and they needed cash. 12 million for 4 nights and 3days. NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE, NO BREAKFAST, NO STAFF. PLus , the Bank in the room was nonoperational. It did not lock. THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST TOURIST RIPOFF I'VE RME EVER STAYED. BTW, the end bill also includes a 8% tip and an option to use PayPal for an additional 2 million vnd charge. Absolute scammers. The manager told me that they dint have cleaning service or Staff b/c that heightens the independent experience of a studio teenager.
