Sunrise Bay - Modern Flat with stunning views

The apartment is absolutely stunning. Although it's on the 1st floor the area the owners have created for the apartment is perfect. Inside the apartment you have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, bathroom has toiletries, the bed is really comfy as is the sofa. The view of seixal from the living room and bedroom is amazing. You have a small balcony with seating off the living room to enjoy a morning coffee whilst enjoying the view (it faces east so you get a perfect view of the sunrise over Seixal's black sand beach). Out the back is a private patio with sun loungers, another seating set, table and chairs and an area to hang laundry, this area had a height above the apartment so you can enjoy the view there too. The area is peaceful and you really can relax, next to no night time noise so we slept very well. The black san beach is 6-8 minutes walk away, there's a small supermarket and a cafe/bar 3-5 minutes away at the bottom of the road. The parking for the car is at the bottom of the road. The first 150m is steep but after that it's flat. It's only a 3-5 minute walk.

The only thing I would improve would be offering beach towels for guests to use whilst staying in the apartment. Most tourists won't fit beach towels into their luggage so it would be beneficial not to have to buy one especially when Seixal's main attractions are the beach and natural pools.

Nous avons aimé la vue et l'emplacement proche de la plage de Seixal. L'appartement est très propre. Les deux terrasses sont agréables. La place de parking à proximité du logement est appréciable. Tiago est réactif. Merci pour l'accueil.

L'appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes, un peu petit pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados).

Дуже охайне, чисте та невелике помешкання на підйомі містечка. Трохи складно підʼїхати, треба підніматися пішки, але машину завжди є де залишити на вулицях, які знаходяться нижче. Обладнане всім необхідним для комфортного перебування, особливо зручно для двох.

the check-in and payment are very, professional and safe. I also admire the host for his entrepreneurial spirit, his skill level of English is 10/10 as if he was born in the UK. You obviously want to book this premise for the views and you got it, there are stunning vistas all over the place, a little walk as there are steps up just right hand side of the door when you exit the entrance. Just like any other living soul, you will fall in love with this place, and I wish all the best for Madeira. That it will forever feel as a gift to travel to this beautiful island.

let me say it; it is a pricey decision if you are staying by yourself. There is no discount if you book the premise for just one person. It seems a bit unfair, because I recently had a fantastic stay at a large clean fully equipped rooftop rental in a outdoorsy tourist destination with spectacular mountain views in country way more expensive than Portugal, and that just reminded me that you can have a perfect location for a fraction of the money. The public transit gave me nearly a stroke there, be aware please, that in my situation the only bus back to Funchal for the day was nearly 45 minutes off schedule. You cannot walk all the way back and even if you had that time on your hands you are not allowed to cross the myriad of tunnels, so you better be prepared to stay longer in this part of Madeira.
