Des mon arrivée, la propriétaire à envoyer quelqu'un pour que je paye. J'ai du attendre 30 minutes avant d'aller me coucher. J'ai compris très vite l'insistance. Vers 23 heures Dès coupures d'électricité sont apparues dans tout l'ensemble de 4 bâtiment de 9 étages. Et donc le groupe électrogène se mettait en marche avec un bruit assourdissant. Quand je lui ai signalé cela elle a fait l'innocente mais en fait elle le savait très bien. C'est récurrent j'ai interrogé le garde. C'est quand trop de monde pompe. A déconseiller et propriétaire malhonnêtes. En plus elle a essayé de me prendre quelques sous en se trompant de taux de change.
