"I did not stay there."

The property was double booked by Booking.com, I had nowhere to go and can't blame the host.She was very helpful but I'm disappointed with Booking.com

"fully equipped apartment in a townhouse complex"

It was very nice to have the whole fully equipped apartment in a townhouse complex. - It has a large balcony. - It is on the first floor. - There is no kitchen table, but the study table upstairs can be used as a kitchen table.

It is a bit difficult to use the shower, since the shower head is very close to the wall. However, there is also a bath in the bathroom.
