Nel's Cottage, a private and peaceful cottage

Neat, clean and tidy. Comfortable. Although we only stayed for one night, the cottage is definitely suitable for longer stays.

I really enjoyed the peace & the ability to come and go. I also enjoyed that it was cosy. I would say please ask the Host which gate holds your key 😅 as in the dark you not able to see the Studio or Cottage near the gates. Also it gets really cold in the winter so there is no aircon please ask the Host for the gas bottle to heat the cottage 🫶🏻 There is no washing machine. I enjoyed my stayed & really grateful to the Hosts for making my stay comfortable!

I liked the setup

The cottage was in a lovely neighbourhood, with lots of facilities close by. The cottage itself has been done to a high standard, loved the cosy cottage feel. From the moment I arrived I felt safe and didn’t want to leave - even tried to book an extra day but someone had already booked it.

Needs tha driveway to be a bit better lit, especially when guests are coming in at night it seems a bit dim.

Well equipped, clean, and comfortable cottage. Good location with easy access to freeway, airport and other places of interest.

Struggled with the gas geyser and controlling the hot water in the shower. Kept going cold, and then one had to switch off the taps and try again . Seems to be a problem generally with gas geysers everywhere.

Very friendly hosts, even let me wash my car. House itself is perfect and in a very upscale neighbourhood. Highly recommend.
