"Indeed luxurious and close to the gondola"

The apartment indeed is very luxurious: fully equipped kitchen, three large and luxurious bathrooms, all in a building with incredible service (playroom for kids, ski lockers, coffee machine in the common area, underground parking, golf cart shuttle to the gondola). The kids loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub.

The apartment faces the highway and therefore there is some traffic noise.

My recent stay at this Vail apartment was simply fantastic. From the moment I stepped in, I could tell the place was even better than I expected. It was super clean, and everything looked brand new, high-quality, cozy and comfortable. The location was great too, close to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Plus, the owner was really nice and always available to help with anything I needed. I totally recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxury vacation in Vail

Walked into a completely dirty apartment, it was disgusting. We have stayed here two other times and had a great experience. I understand stuff happens so I reached out to the owners to let them know and try to make things right. I sent them pictures of the dirty floors, broken blinds, dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms, and stains on the carpets. We did not hear back from them until the next day so we took it upon ourselves to clean the place. Their solution was to send someone to clean the day before we checked out, after we had already cleaned the place, and the cleaner never showed up. Asked for a partial refund and haven’t heard a thing back. I own a rental and couldn’t imaging treating our guest like this especially after sending them the pictures I did.
