X-Residence by Dayf - Self-Service Apartments

Customer service very improfessional. I asked to leave my luggage at my arrival, as the check in is very late 4pm… at the arrival at hotel (well communicated and clear) no one was there, 2 cleaners tried to help me but unfortunately they didn’t speak English. After 4 calls finally they understood how to help me and they just put my luggage in a room opened waiting to be cleaned. At the check in time, once again no one was there and no one informed me that I have to pay before to revive the code to access to the building and to my room. After 4 calls finally I arrived to make the payment (unfortunately the team wasn’t able to send me the link to pay) and the amount wasn’t the same confirmed by booking (a little higher). About the room, the furniture is standard and not too bad, toilet don’t have a real shower, trasforming it a water park, and there is no daily cleaning. The area is not well served (no shops, nothing around). Customer service not enough professional. That’s the reason why I give to my stay only 1. I think I would never back again to this structure.

The operation of getting the pass key was smooth and fast! The place was super clean and all amenities were functioning properly. Plus the location is very quiet and accessible.

I can’t find anything I didn’t like. All was exceptionally good!

Everything was good,, only make me disappointed is the check in time, not on time

The AC needs cleaning. The houskeeping are so noisy when they were knocking the door and cleaning next to my room.
