Апартаменты в удобном месте, недалеко от центральных достопримечательностей и развлечений. Хороший вид из окна на центр города. Заселяться и выселяться легко, использую ключницу с кодовым замком - не недо ждать при условии заселения у установленное время.

На странице апартаментов не вполне корректная информация. Хотя написано, что оплата на месте, пришлось сделать онлайн перевод, чтобы получить код от ключницы. Интернет постоянно отваливался, приходилось регулярно перезагружать роутер, чтобы он снова заработал. Комната очень маленькая для четверых. При разложенном диване места почти не осталось.

Very nice modern flat with a touch of traditional decorations. Almost spotless cleaning. Comfortable mattress, medium-hard type, probably the best I found in Tashkent. Good that there was ground wire for electrical sockets, available only in newer buildings here. Very professional and customer oriented management, a rare pearl in UZ.

Internet connection not suitable for enterprise VPN, too much sluggish even if wifi signal was strong. Lack of blackout curtains, hard to sleep in the late morning. Not impressed by the sourrondings and the building conditions.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. I’d like to start with the beautiful interior, which combines a national style with a clean minimalist touch. It looks very modern and is truly pleasant for the eyes. I also want to highlight the cleanliness. When we arrived, the apartment smelled fresh and everything was perfectly clean. The small balcony is lovely as well. The building is quiet, and although the apartment is not extremely close to the center, the location is still convenient. You can easily walk to Magic City, and from there it’s very simple to get to any other part of the city.

There was a small issue upon arrival. Booking didn’t notify me that payment must be completed in advance before getting the keys. Because of that, I had to spend some time calling and messaging to sort things out. The owners reacted quickly and helped us access the apartment, so everything was resolved, but it would be better if guests were informed earlier. For those sensitive to smells: there is a canteen downstairs, and sometimes food smells reach the balcony. It wasn’t a big problem, but something to keep in mind.

WARNING: Scam Accommodation! 1. TRY Refuses to give change—zero cooperation. 2. Outright scam: Charged $30 for a "broken bathroom toothbrush cup," lied it’s "art" (ART FOR BRUSHING TEETH?!). Robbery in disguise! 3. Broken kitchen induction cooktop—they ignored fixes, so we had to give up. 4. Washing machine destroyed our pants—no apology, no responsibility. 5. Toiletries are cheap, useless junk—clearly cut corners. 6. Forces you to leave passport info (to bully you into silence). But I reported their malicious credit card fraud to the Chinese Consulate and police—I won’t back down! 7. Booking.com is powerless—they can’t stop this scam. 8. Illegal split: 1 house turned into 3 rooms—fire safety? They don’t care. 9. Please stay away—I beg no more people get tricked

We had a wonderful stay in these cozy and well-equipped apartments. Everything we needed was available, including a washing machine and a Nespresso coffee maker. The view over the city was stunning, especially at night. The location couldn’t be better — surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and parks, with a 24/7 store conveniently located in the same building. It was the perfect place for both relaxation and exploring Tashkent.

Although the apartment was generally comfortable, the WiFi connection was unstable, making it challenging to participate in video calls, particularly in the evenings. The washing machine could get a deep clean, as signs of mold started to appear. The coffee machine also needed maintenance since it dispensed inconsistent amounts of coffee. Lastly, the air conditioning was unexpectedly turned off, and opening the windows led to a quick buildup of dust on all surfaces.
