Fully Equipped Beach Paradise! Walk to Beach!

The house itself was quiet and peaceful. It does have all the amenities listed within the home.

It's NOT a "Short Walk" to the beach as this house claimed. You have to try and cross a major and busy hwy, then walk down another street then onto a third street before reaching a parking lot thats a public access. You should really drive and claiming its within walking distance is a false claim. The door that leads ti tge patio from the bedroom is terribly hard to open and appears broken. The beds are HARD AS ROCKS and even though a pillow top is in the closet to use it doesn't fit the bed and offeres little added comfort. The bathroom in the master is small and VERYA out dated. There wasn't an ice maker. VERY limited towels so you better bring your own. It wasn't easy to log onto the supposed "FREE Wifi" so we basically ended up using our Hotspot off our cell phones. At night the light on the outside of the front door didn't work making it hard to see the keyboard to enter the code to get in or so that you dont trip on the step into onto the walkway. Also parking is VERY tight and limited. Otherwise it is spacious and can hold a medium size crowd.

I liked that it was close to the beach and on the main road, but the people in charge of cleaning and maintaining the place are not very good at what they should do.

I don't like that when I arrived at the place to access my rental they were still cleaning and I had to walk around until after 5 pm to wait for them to finish cleaning, apart from that there were many things broken and not clean, the patio was cleaned 2 days before I left as well as the BBQ that I don't think you use. Of the 4 times I have rented in Saint Augustine, that is the worst place, they don't have it very clean or tidy.

I liked the location. It was close to beaches and easy access to historic St. Augustine.

The outside appearance of the property. The grass in the front and back yard was overgrown. The backyard was not inviting with overgrown grass and trees. When we arrived the trash cans were over- flowing outside. We had to wait an additional 2 hours before getting into the property (after driving 5+hours), we had to wait in the rain and some of our food spoiled before getting into the property.

Very clean, great location.

We don’t have any complaints.

We were very comfortable.

It's a very small complaint about the vertical blinds. They didn't close completely and were hard to use.

Spacious, plenty of room to sit in the living room. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
