Place is amazing. Location, view the whole lot. We met Edna, who handled the keys, and explained how everything worked. She was very polite and professional. Maintenance fixed a small issue on the balcony. There is a receptionist/guard 24/7. They were very polite as well. I would go back
The noise coming from the fan extractor in the kitchen could be addressed. A part of that all was great.

El apartamento es igual a las fotos. Una pequeña villa lujosa a un buen precio. Amplias y cómodas habitaciones equipadas al mínimo detalle. Sala acogedora para reunirte y disfrutar en familia. Las plazas de aparcamiento son muy amplias.
La atención al cliente es nefasta. Notificamos a la empresa que llegaríamos sobre las 17:00( hora local) y cuando llegamos nos recibe un señor( muy amable, cabe destacar) que nos indica que no tiene las llaves del apartamento ni el mando del garaje. Estuvimos esperando más de media hora a una segunda persona que le trajese las llaves y al final decidimos ir a un local próximo a esperar. Cuando llegamos al local( 15 minutos en coche de distancia) nos indica que ya tiene las llaves. Le digo que ahora no podemos ir porque nos acababan de servir y nos dice que entonces avisará para que venga otra persona para el check-in. Esta persona llegó a las 20: 15 de la tarde mientras esperabamos en la puerta. Solicito información al número de whatsapp facilitado y no me dan información. Espero que cambien el servicio porque son NEFASTOS
