The view was spectacular. Clean spacious and air conditioned bedrooms.

The lifts were small

Did not have the breakfast

Occasionally the room would smell a little musty that I think was due to possible filters that need to be changed or cleaned.

Location Cleanliness Facilities

No bad points

The apartment was pristine clean, sea view and location to bars, restaurants and promenade excellent. The smart TV's in all rooms are a great idea after days out exploring Spain and the culture. There is added touches such as a shampoo & soap dispenser in the shower and a welcome pack of wine, water etc; on arrival. The Benidorm booking staff where you pick up keys to the apartment from are always happy to help and give advice should you have any problems or queries. We had a great holiday there.

Would of been good to have sun blinds on balcony. 1 key to apartment didn't work. Plug to kitchen sink didn't work, not everyone bothers with a dish washer when you eat out and have few cups to wash up. The price of the Veracruz luxury apartments seem to have doubled in the past few years so this could put people off, but we like luxury and everything to be pristine, location and view, hence why we have been twice a year in different apartments for the last 8 years.

We had an excellent stay at this property — perfect for a family of four. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. It had a welcoming feel and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was great too, making it easy to get around. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the hot water situation. Unfortunately, the supply didn’t last long enough for more than one person to shower at a time, which made mornings a bit tricky. If that gets sorted, it would be absolutely perfect. Still, we really enjoyed our time and would happily return.
