1. The water supply is frequently interrupted, and when available, it flows intermittently. Despite repeated complaints to the landlord, the issue remains unresolved even though I have rented the apartment for a month. 2. The apartment is located on the third floor, but the building's elevator is not operational. 3. Upon my arrival, the building appeared dilapidated, and there was a pile of garbage in front of the entrance door. 4. The floors of the apartment were covered in dust. 5. Two of the bedrooms lack air conditioning, making the temperature particularly uncomfortable, especially after sunrise.
