NG Luxury Apartments at Nea Kallikrateia No 1

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable with private parking. The location is excellent, close to the beach and the center. Very quiet.

Everything was really good, host was helpful and really nice. It's clean and cozy, and the location is near the beach.

Very bad experience !

I made a booking from the car while we were driving toward the city Appartement was and asked about the check in time to be 4-5pm and owner accepted the check in time although it was a short notice. At 4:45pm we were at the location but nobody was there to welcome us. I wrote a kind message to host if they would arrive soon since we are with the small kids and it was 15min til the time we asked the check in- until 5pm. I got reply that I should have thought better and plan my trip better since we are with the kids and they do not reside at the same place. Very rude and above their limits to talk like that with the guests. If the host was not able to welcome us at the asked arrival time they could have easily kindly ask us to move the time for an hour which is the point of communication thru the booking. Giving the lecture to the guest and being very unkind during the check in is not the best way to accommodate the apartment for people being on vacation. The owner or host ( not sure) speak poor English and use google translate and it is stated that they speak English-again false statement. We were even asked what time we are leaving tomorrow the moment she opened the door of the apartment!! Omg! Also, we were told we took the Appartement for one night because it’s cheap which is above all normal communication with the guest - making assumptions and getting into people ‘ s wallet, that was really uncalled for. The Appartement itself is very clean and nicely decorated ( if you like ikea because all was bought there and although new it’s not perfect quality ) - both beds are uncomfortable for sleeping and the space itself is not for 4 people - we were two adults with the small kids but it was tight for us- so this is also kind of very suspicious statement from the host. The beach is very near which is a big plus but the beach is not nice - sea grass and dirtiness so we did not like it. The host turned back on us while we were leaving.

It's close to the beach, fine, clean and very kind people.
