Jedzenie niesamowite, mega dobra jakość, bylismy na 5 dni i zawsze było coś nowego do spróbowania. Dobre wifi, duży pokoi. Darmowy asortyment do pływania.

W tej cenie dodatkowe naliczanie za niektóre drinki czy shishe po 20 euro trochę bez sensu. Dodatkowo wszędzie na plaży czy przy basenie można palić przez co niektórym może przeszkadzać.

Hotel had everything we needed! 2 pools, private beach, bars, entertainment, and even free Starbucks coffee shop and vitamins bar. Also, when we arrived our room wasn't ready, we book standard room with the sea view but the staff upgraded us to the premium room with massive balcony with outdoor bath and sun lounges with the view at the swimming pool and sea! In couple days they said we can stay in the same room for the rest of the holiday and it was free of charge 👏 the staff here so friendly, everyone smiling and very helpful

There's literally not even one thing I would change about this hotel, its modern it's big it has everything you need

Otele balayımız için gelmiştik. Bizim için çok önemliydi sorunsuz ve güzel bir tatil istiyorduk. Geldiğimiz de çok beklemedik odamız verildi. Girdiğimiz de değil ama sonra ki gün odamız süslendi ikramlıklar yönlendirildi teşekkür ederiz. Otelde çokça fazla çalışan ve işini çok güzel yapan bir sürü kişi var. Her zaman güler yüzlüler ama özellikle isimlerini yazmam gerekirse animasyondan Hasan ve restaurant dan Suhendi. Otelde Guest relations servisini göremedim sadece. Evet orada oturan biri var ama sadece oturuyor. Gittiğimiz her otelde guest gelir misafirlere kendini tanıtır ve istekleri var mı diye sorardı ilk defa sadece yerinde oturan birini gördüm. Bugün otelimizde son günümüz ve çıkıyoruz son gün odaya kahvaltı almak için resepsiyonu aradım ve beni gueste yönlendirdi ama yönlendirdiği kişi misafir ile görüştüğünü bilmiyordu. Benden ne istiyorsunuz gibi konuşma tarzı vardı. Resepsiyon’un kendisine yönlendirdiğini ve hangi odadan aradığımı söylememe rağmen kendisi daha uyanamamıştı sanırım. Kahvaltıyı odaya alamadık kendimiz inip yedik sorun değildi ama bize ulaşamadıklarını söylediklerinde aslında sadece aradık ama ulaşamadık demek istiyorlar. Tatildeyiz ve sürekli odada kalamayız ve bize ulaşacakları yolları yine kendim seçenek olarak sundum. Her şey çok güzel ve keyifliydi guest hizmeti dışında.

Kicsit messze van az antalyai reptértől, viszont megéri azt a màsfél óra transzfer időt. Szuper helyen, közvetlenül a tengerparton. Az ételek finomak voltak, minden nap volt valami újdonság. A takarító hölgyek nagyon alaposak voltak és kedvesek.

A tengerparti snack bàrban telefonos applikáción lehet leadni a rendelést. Negyedszerre maradt le egy sajtburger a rendelésből, majd amikor a pincérnek szóltunk, akkor azt mondta, hogy nem működik az applikáció. Viszont a rendelések további tételeit gond nélkül kihozták, csak a burgert nem.

Positives: • Our daughter enjoyed the mini club and the mini disco — the entertainment team for children did a nice job. • The food in the main buffet was diverse and better than we expected, much nicer than the so-called à la carte restaurant. The hotel could have been nice if not for the people working there. Unfortunately, our stay was spoiled by constant problems, dishonesty at reception, and very poor service across departments. Reception & Management: • I had booked two rooms: one higher grade and one with sea view. However, on arrival I was given a lower category room for the first, and the second (room 1037) had no sea view at all. Instead, it was filled with kitchen smells because the main exhaust was right next to the balcony. Despite paying for better rooms, I was refused any refund. • Reception staff wasted our time all week with false promises. We repeatedly had to confirm refunds with a manager (Mr. Mert), only to be told after checkout that he was not authorized. In short, the reception team lied to us throughout our stay. Wi-Fi & Communication: • The so-called “free” Wi-Fi is essentially unusable. It is so slow that not even a basic text email could be sent. You are forced to pay extra for a slightly better speed. • Before booking I specifically checked with the hotel about Wi-Fi (due to previous bad reviews) and was assured it was good enough for work. In reality, it was not even good enough for the simplest tasks — I’m not sure whose “work” they had in mind. • When I complained via Booking.com after arrival, the hotel simply ignored my message — the same dishonesty as at reception. • In addition, hardly anyone on staff spoke English well enough to understand guests’ requests, which made solving problems even harder.

Cleanliness & Service: • Cutlery and plates in the buffet were dirty; a waiter even handed my daughter a spoon with leftover food stuck to it. Table mats were never cleaned. • Waiters forget requests as soon as they walk away — constant reminders were necessary. • One bar waiter was openly rude to guests to the point other staff came to apologize for his behavior. • Orange juice sold as “fresh” for €2 was made with rotten oranges; only after showing it to the manager was the juice counter closed. Staff responsible didn’t care. • The spa manager was arrogant and even told guests they “cannot afford” the spa — completely unacceptable. Facilities & Quality: • Towels and bed sheets were old, worn out, and full of holes. Towels were so thin they were nearly transparent. • The so-called “à la carte” restaurant served tea in paper cups, and the steak was served cold. Ironically, the buffet food was better than their à la carte offering. Safety & Security: • Access to the beach is via a dangerously slanted, slippery concrete ramp — unsafe for children. • Fences around the beach and amphitheater are wide enough for a small child to slip through. During one “mini disco” on the beach, the music was so loud that even an Apple Watch flagged it as unsafe for children. Our 2.5-year-old slipped while running and nearly fell through a gap towards the rocks — terrifying and dangerous. • one of the floorboards was loose; stepping on one side made the other side lift — another hazard.

Initially received a room with the land view because better rooms “weren’t available”. Had to request a room that I actually paid for (with the sea view). It became available after we started to complain.
