Cómodo y acogedor en Fajardo con vista al mar

The hosts were outstanding; very responsive thought of the small details, and allowed baby equipment rental to be delivered before our stay which made our stay 100x easier. Qtip clean, fully equipped, very comfortable apartment, nice relaxing view over the mountains. Courtesy delicious Puerto Rican coffee, snacks and drinks. Kitchen fully functional. Bathroom with soap shampoo conditioner, towels. Courtesy beach towels. Insect devices in every room.

Not very accessible for a stroller hence carrying our toddler up and down the stairs was tricky. Kindly reserved off street parking by the hosts, took a bit to get used to it though since off road. The street is narrow but that's part of the town architecture.

We had the entire second floor of this modern duplex with it's own private entry. It was so spotlessly clean it made you feel best to leave your shoes outside.. and we did. All 3 rooms have individual A/C that we used at night. During the day we left all the windows open and the interior ceiling fans did the rest to supply a continuous breeze throughout. The unit is on a cul-de-sac so no car traffic nor noise whatsoever. The kitchen was more than enough to meet all our needs for hot breakfasts & lunch. The pantry has basic cooking condiments. Spacious rooms, balcony, living room, & bathroom. Everything of importance to us was not more than 5 minutes away by car: beaches (Seven Seas, playas Escondida and Colora can be reached by an easy 15 minute hike from Seven Seas), great restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Next time around I think I'll skip San Juan altogether & head out directly to Fajardo!

The apartment was super clean, well organized, looks completely new!It is very big with three rooms and super clean! Steven and Lissandra were super good hosts, very attentive and friendly! Always answering any questions fast! I completely recommend this apartment, also if you are a solo traveler like me!

Everything was perfect!

The property was very comfortable and clean.

This was our favorite place we stayed in Puerto Rico. Large clean apartment. Hosts were very nice with good communication. AC worked very well. Snacks and drinks in the apartment were great. We forgot something in the room and they let us know quickly and allowed us to come get it.
