The location, easy parking and biometric access making it easy to go for runs. The unit has everything that you need.

All went fine.

This was a lovely modern apartment in a very nice area of Cape Town called Sea Point. The Promenade was a 5-minute walk, Mojo for choice of food was a 5-minute walk, there was a supermarket next door as well as several others near the property. The property had 24-hour reception and security and the staff were lovely. The host provided some lovely little goodies as well as Netflix. The sheets were lovely and the towels were so fluffy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the host was available to answer any questions. Maggie Lou's cafe, wine bar was a 2-minute walk and had great vibe. I found Sea Point a great area to stay, especially if you want to walk, way more lay back than the CBD or V&A Waterfront. I would highly recommend this property, and I felt safe and hopefully if we go to Cape Town again, I would stay here again.

This is nothing to do with the property or host but the local minivan taxi men calling out for their rides, they were noisy. I had never seen anything like it yelling out from the vehicle to find people to pick up but it's how they operate which is interesting.

The property was in a fantastic location in central Sea Point right above a Woolworths supermarket and near two great local bar/restaurants. The Sea Point tidal pool was 5 minutes walk away and there were plenty of busses to take us down the coast towards the beaches or up towards the centre of town. Our host, Michelle, was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We had a small problem with the bin drawer and it was fixed almost immediately.

As previous comments have noted, there can be some noise from the street below but this offset by the positives of such a central location. When the windows are fully shut the noise is quite manageable. I also found that the pillows were a bit too soft / old and would have benefitted from some newer ones (my partner found them okay though).

Excellent location and lovely apartment - we had a comfortable stay and felt very safe. It was great that a secure parking space was included. Great places to eat just a short walk away!

The only downside to this apartment is the noise from the souped up cars on the street directly outside the building. They go up and down at a ridiculous volume late into the night.

Everything ! Attention to detail - Loved it

Instructions provided via booking.com message, including WiFi details. I loved that some items i.e. sugar, detergent, was on site to be used. Also, standing fan and air con in use. Lovely apartment.

It is quiet loud on the roads during the day due to taxis/shuttles calling out/beeping throughout the day.
