Very well appointed, stylishly decorated house in a quiet village location. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good Wi-Fi, genuinely dog-friendly with an enclosed garden.

Nothing to complain about! Maybe a shelf in the bathroom, and a gentle night-light for nocturnal loo visits would be useful additions.

Excellent property. Everything you need in a really nice area. Great place to relax and cook after a day at work.

We absolutely loved staying here, such a beautiful property, absolutely stunning throughout, and such attention to detail. Very clean, very comfy bed, and the host was amazing. Would definitely come back to stay again in the future.

The only thing I didn't like is that we actually had to leave, I would happily live in this property.

Tendency to pointless opulence. Lots of glitter in the decorations.

Light airy and comfortable accommodation that’s dog friendly. Location was perfect for exploring the Malvern hills. Village post office and cafe well worth a visit lovely coffee and cake.

No visitors book too fill in - which helps of where to visit etc. Properties ‘what to do’ and ‘How to use’ manual completely out of date. Being IT phobic we didn’t know how to turn the heating down, as our stay was short we coped rather than contacting the owner. The kitchen cupboards contents had been left in a muddle making no where to put your own stuff. A quick tidy up and that was resolved. The housekeepers areas were incredibly untidy and stuffed which maybe should be behind locked doors. No blind in the kitchen (which faces the road )the sun was out which made it tricky to work in the kitchen as the sun was so bright in your face. On the plus how lovely to feel and see the sun. No door curtains by the front door long window which meant we felt exposed - we draped our coats and a picnic blanket on the coat stand to gain privacy.

The house was nice with facilities for self-catering. It was clean with plenty of towels and linens. It was quite spacious for just the two of us, but may have been crowded if six people had stayed. We struggled to get 'catch-up' channels on TV as signal was too slow, but main channels were fine and there was a decent choice if required.

It would have been helpful to have details for the heating as we found it cold downstairs but very hot upstairs despite the weather being very frosty. I agree with a previous review that mentioned some of the cooking pans/trays being worn out - pans had the inner coating worn off and baking trays had been well used for some time. I should also mention that, for anyone who is a light sleeper, it would be best not to use the master bedroom as the boiler directly below that room is very noisy and kept us awake.
