La ubicación,, a 1 minuto de la playa y muchos bares y comercios alrededor,, limpio y habitaciones amplias,, por la situación y el precio esta muy bien

Algo antiguo, almohadas regular, la bañera hay q tener cuidado al salir ya que es bastante alta, ascensor muuuuuyyyy lento

La cercanía de la playa y el echo de encontrar todo a un paso (carrefour, restaurantes, farmacia,frutería....)

Es muy complicado aparcar por no decir imposible (solo de pago)

Location was good. Apartment was spacious.

Lounge. Very outdated furniture and decor. Curtains hanging down. Wallpaper hanging off. Balcony doors didn’t open smoothly only if you pulled the bottom of the door. Kitchen. Cooker and hob not working. No kettle (Which I informed the Agent but didn’t get a response). Boiler looked unsafe and smelled of gas. No bin liners. Bathroom. Toilet not fixed to floor.(Which was mentioned in a previous review in June 2024). Shower head bracket loose on wall so you had to hold the shower head all the time. Floor standing cabinet not fixed to the wall and fell forward when you opened the door.
