Het zwembad bleek gesloten tot eind september, terwijl dit groot in de titel en foto's staat. De airco werkte NIET, de check-in was chaotisch en we konden pas uren later naar binnen. De host was daarnaast zeer onvriendelijk. Op advies van Booking.com hebben we de sleutels na een paar uur alweer ingeleverd en hebben er niet overnacht. Booking beloofde een oplossing, maar die bleef uit. De host blijft onbereikbaar ondanks herhaald contact, en Booking schuift alle verantwoordelijkheid af. We zitten zonder verblijf én zonder compensatie. Ontzettend teleurstellend en misleidend.
