"There's Room for Improvement"

• Relatively clean room and toilet • Strategic location with lots of shops, marts and eateries nearby and within walking distance • Close proximity to University of Malaya where we had our workshop • Had basic amenities e.g. iron and ironing.board, electric kettle, kitchenware, microwave, minibar, shower gel and shampoo

• Difficulty locating the meeting point for checking in and finding the designated parking spot • Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak and intermittent so we resorted to using our own mobile data

The location was fantastic. Walking distance and accessible to lots of restaurants and shops. lots of pillow given.

The facilities inside the room was horrible. Internet is terrible, only 1Mbps. Cockroaches can be found at the toilet seats, tv although with youtube and netflix app, with the poor internet, it's moot.
