Toilet is slippery, the tilam bed spring will go down when you lay on it.

The location was strategic.

The air-conditioning was not cool at all. No fan provided basically couldn't sleep at night. The floor was sticky. Towels had smell.

"Without any notification my first booking confirmation was unavailable, Attendance not supportive!"

The room was big and good with 3 queen bed oven was fantastic Beds are ok

Sofa was not good, AC out door sound is very annoying, water heater was very poor, Plate was very small which is not appropriate for meal. attendance was very unprofessional. As per my booking confirmation I was there but property management said room unavailable which was very unethical and disgusting.
