Apartment was dusty and unclean Dirt in drawers Hot tub smelt bad but they did come and clean but not the apartment even after we requested. Couldn’t cook as oven and microwave were dirty. This impacted the cost of the trip making it much more expensive. Didn’t come and clean even though we requested. Not worth the price paid

Place was clean with plenty of facilities. Jacuzzi was fab. Easy to walk to all attractions…

Steps up to apartment were a little precarious… Parking was tricky - just enough room for 2 cars and gate difficult to use.

Hot tub was well-maintained .

Property very tucked away and hard to find. No details forthcoming until I rang the owner upon arrival. Basic equipment missing- eg curtains, tin opener, corkscrew. One bathroom NOT adequate for this house. 6 of us struggled but for 8 it would have been impossible. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. No proper bath plug. No instructions for TV. Parts of kitchen and utility room not properly clean. In a very run down part of town where we didn’t always feel safe. Reported non-working radiator but nothing done to remedy this. External steps were treacherous, especially in rain. We got blocked in in gated parking more than once. No tumble dryer or drying rack. Blinds either missing completely, broken, or not blackout blinds.

Great location, good size apartment & parking! Comfy mattress.

It wasn’t very clean at all, stairs had bits on & all dusty, remnants of birthday banners flapping around outside, rusty bin, dead flies on window sills, mouldy shower screen, electric shower in bathroom not connected & the mixer tap shower concoction didn’t have a very long hose so tall family members weren’t able to shower underneath it, blinds broken & falling apart, long black hairs in the bed linen. Just really shabby, needs some tlc & a proper clean throughout. Hot tub great idea until we lifted the lid & noticed the water was all cloudy with black dirt floating around. Could be really really lovely with some actual effort & care.
