The home had plenty of room for two families, a large well furnished kitchen great for cooking and sharing big meals together. The rooftop was also a great feature.

The bathrooms are a bit worn.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was more than adequate- fully usable to make a Thanksgiving meal. Family room was cozy with lots of seating. Beautiful roof top deck and two other decks for lounging and eating. The owner was very available and responsive to questions. The neighborhood is centrally located to good restaurants.

Really the only down side was because it is located next to the Saturday market, we were awakened at 4:30 am by workers setting up their booths. But we did love going to the market! Luckily I had read that the church rings bells early in the morning so I came prepared with ear plugs. The only other comment is that the twin bed room is really more of an alcove with a twin/trundle which we weren’t expecting. There was still plenty of room (extra futon in the double queen room) but two adults could not really use that twin space- better for children.

It was perfectly located. Was short walk to little Italy and a short drive to the Gaslamp Host was quick to answer our calls throughout the weekend.

Key entry. We were a party of 12 some of the girls had early flights and went back early. One had to stay awake to make sure she was able to let the rest of us in when we came back after a night out. Wish there was a key pad we could have passed the access code around to the different ladies to come and go as we all pleased instead of only having one key to share between 12 of us

It‘s clean and has 5 bedrooms.

1. So loud at morning, can’t get enough sleep! if you are not planning to wake up before 7 am, you’ll hear church bells every hour since 7 am. It‘s really annoying!! 2. Only has one parking spot(the garage). We have to find our own legal parking spot on the street. 3. We talked with one of the staff at Friday asking about parking on the street in front of the building. And he told us it’s okay to park there. He didn’t mention a word about Saturday’s farmers market. It ended up with our car got towed. Not only we have to pay 400 dollars, but also this incident severely affected our mood. And the market played VERY LOUD music since 7 am!!! 4. We have to rush out because the next guest group checked in before our check-out time (11am). I mean seriously? We know nothing about their‘early check in’ until they open the garage door. Such a big mess!!! 3. Too many stairs. Hard to carry all the luggages up to the top floor.

The location is as good as it gets for little Italy. Plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms, as well as a large common area to gather.
