The reason we are giving a rateing of only 1(would give -1if possible) is due to the unacceptable condition of the terrace.To say it was dirty is being kind!!! The first sight to greet us on the terrace was a full ash tray full of cigarrate butts.Not very welcomeing to two non smokers! The green fake tiles looked like they have never been cleaned with ingrained dirt especially around the rain water pipe outlet. Most of the walls had black dirt/mold on them looking like they have not seen a coat of paint in years.It was so uninviting and grubby that we could not use the terrace.The reason we booked this accommodation was because of the terrace so that we could enjoy coffee out there in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening .This wae not possibe as there was nothing inviting or nice about this terrace You charge €66 as a cleaning fee.None of this fee appears to be spent on. the terrace. Apt advertized as for 4 people. Definatly not suitable for 4 people .It would be very cramped with 4 people as the sofa bed when open takes up alot of room.4 people sleeping in this one room is not my idea of comfort.I have attached photos

La terraza muy linda pero en esta época con frío poco útil.

No era claro que las 4 personas estaban en un mismo ambiente, lo cual achicaba mucho espacio y no había intimidad

Il quartiere. La casa non aveva la camera come da descrizione ma solamente una stanza x quattro. Comunque ci siamo adattate

Il check in. L'uomo dell'agenzia parlava solamente spagnolo, mi ha buttato giù il telefono 4 volte e ci ha fatto entrare alle ore 15.00. Premetto che avevo inviato una decina di mail per chiedere di entrare prima, poiché siamo atterrate a Madrid alle sette e non avendo avuto nessun diniego pensavo fosse sottinteso. Dalla disperazione per non riuscire a fare questo check in...ci abbiamo provato x 5 ore ..oltre il giorno prima, abbiamo chiesto aiuto a una signora che parlava italiano..!! Lei ha spiegato a questo maleducato il problema e a quel punto ha detto che era a tutto a posto...pazzesco. La signora comunque ci ha confermato che era un gran maleducato.

Very good localizacion, Very good location, close to shops, the metro, and the city center. Contactless service, no problem. The building is safe, locked, and monitored.

Dobra lokalizacja, wszystko co najważniejsze w zasięgu spaceru. Wygodne łóżko i kanapa. Duży taras.

Kontakt z właścicielem jest praktycznie niemożliwy. Wielokrotnie w ciągu dwóch tygodni przed przyjazdem próbowałam się z nim skontaktować, ale niestety nie dostałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Na moją prośbę booking.com próbował się z nim skontaktować, ale to również się nie udało. W mieszkaniu nadal brakuje wielu sprzętów, pomimo informacji o ich braku we wcześniejszej opinii np. nie ma zmywarki i nie ma na nią miejsca w kuchni, więc raczej nigdy się tam nie pojawi, a w opisie obiektu jest ona wyliczona. Mieszkanie wynajęte dla 4 osób, a były tylko 3 widelce. Zacina się zamek od drzwi do mieszkania od wewnętrznej strony, przez co nie da się zamknąć ich od środka.
