Huge swimming pool, 7-11 within the premises

When I arrived after traveling for 40 hours none was there to meet me with the keys. I contacted them and they gave me someone else's number to call. They weren't responding went back and forth a while so I stuck my fingers through a whole in a locker to get em. The room had an awful black mold stench that hit you hard and was present throughout the stay. It was in the unclean Aircon the walls the closet even on the extra pillows. Sheets were very dirty and with hair on them and bed was uncomfortable .No toilet paper or soap.They had not paid the internet bill so no wifi. Lies that they were trying to pay but bank app wasn't working. Days later still no internet. They didn't care. Not clean kitchen had built up dirt. Overall unpleasant uncomfortable stay the black mold alone.. irresponsible management.

Condo was nice, AC worked well. Nice and big swimmingpool area [ 7 pools connected]. Good choice for families or adults who like to be in water. 7/11, pharmacy, restaurants just in the corner.

Very loudy at the pool from the early morning [8AM], which you can hear clearly in the room, even when doors/windows are closed. There was a wifi, but it isn't worked. However the room is located in the main building, where you have fast wifi at lobby.

There was a light problem which I informed the room manager and housekeeper since the first day but they said like it must take some time and wait for the technician to repair it. They just told me to turn if off and wait, turn on again til it was fine, which was not and I had to turn if off all the time. Apart of that, room was great.

Very comfortable and spacious 1 bed apartment with access to an amazing pool. Good ac, modern bathroom and balcony. Customer service (I didn’t get the ladies name unfortunately) was excellent. We had an issue with the WiFi and it was fixed within the hour. I’m already regretting leaving!

A couple of maintenance issues need sorting, but nothing serious.
