USThe bears right outside the door. Being able to walk from the room to gatlinburg. Having the kitchen to cook food instead of eating out every night.
The beds were uncomfortable. The price to wash clothes cause the washers and dryers were on the small size. The people that leave their trash outside their rooms.
USThe location was ok but it took us forever to find the room we thought they was individual condos and the name of the condo should be on the reservation
Alot...The pictures shown was nothing like the room it was so disgusting and dirty their was black mold in our bathtub and the bathroom light did not work in our bathroom.The whole place was filthy it was horrible.Also it said their was a hot tub on the deck of our condo and their was not. VERY DISAPPOINTING

USThe location of the property was fantastic. The room was nice however the toilet in the second bathroom leaked in the floor, the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold and the freezer needs to be defrosted.

I paid too much to not have a working TV in the living room area. I also would have liked a working refrigerator to be able to cook there.The blankets had a bad smell. The beds were not comfortable. Would have liked it when I called for problems for someone to fix the problem or offer another room. I would expect to at least get a refund for 1 of my nights. Worst place I have stayed. Our usual was booked. TV was propped on a stool and had a kid with us. Like I said before, it did not work and the mantle was broken.
