Fernando was invaluable and responded promptly. However, you do have the hassle of coordinating rather than picking up keys, using Spanish. The garage is a super bonus. Fabulous location right next to Las Canteras with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants on the doorstep.

I thought this place was great. However, if you have a lot of luggage or a large vehicle, bear in mind that the garage is a couple of streets away from the apartment, and it's very tight. Without Fernando to guide me in and out I'm not sure what I would have done. That said, I still pranged the side of the car on some short ballards upon leaving, as the street was crowded (cafe tables and busy lunch time) and there wasn't much turning room. The apartment is an attic on the 4th floor and the lift stops on the 3rd floor, so there are stairs to climb. I point this out because we travelled light and are able, but a less able person or someone with a lot of luggage or very heavy luggage might struggle.

Fuimos por motivos de trabajo un compi y yo. El apartamento estaba perfecto, limpio y ordenado. Tal cual se anuncia. Situado a escasos metros de la playa de Las Canteras. El anfitrión muy amable y servicial. Me lo guardo en favoritos. 100% recomendable.

It was perfect ..we were lucky that everything was brand new . Great location .
