The keys were in a lockbox at the front door, which made it easy for us to enter. This was very useful because our flight was delayed by several hours. The apartment had everything we needed, e.g., comfortable beds, AC, full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and the rooms were a very good size. The water faucet in the kitchen was leaking badly. As soon as we reported it, the property owner brought someone in to replace the tap. The beach was a 10-minute walk from the apartment, while restaurants were a 15-minute walk in the other direction. Uber and Uber Eats worked well for us. The pool and grounds were immaculate and there is round the clock security on-site.

The electricity went out several times, which apparently is not unusual. The WiFi service was inconsistent, which meant that we had to rely on our cellular service instead. We could not use our computers or the TV at those times. Fortunately the property manager was able to assist with both of these issues. It would have been nice to have some info about where to purchase food/drink or recommendations for local restaurants. Instead we consulted other guests or used the internet to find the resources we needed.

There was a nice big pool and the beach was very close by just like they said in the advertisement

Everything was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The ACs and Internet works well. Yolanda is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She even dropped me off at no extra cost at the bus station. The swimming pool is great to cool off in the heat. Lastly, the complex is very secure and close to some bars and restaurants. The beach is about 7 minutes walk away.

The staff (especially Yolanda and security) were fantastic. Very responsive and attentive. The location is great with everything you need just outside the gate. The beach is an easy walk in either direction. The pool is very nice and the water temp is perfect. Great amenities. Everything was excellent.

The property was centrally located, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The pool was super close and super clean! The grounds were well kept, green grass and palm trees. 24/7 security, but not that it’s needed because the neighborhood and town was super safe! The unit itself was so awesome, lots of space, very clean and bright. WiFi was great! Beds and furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed as if you could live there year round! I will definitely stay here again!!
