Amazing the Waikato River-View Brand New Villa with 4 bedrooms

The master bedroom ensuite toilet was filthy (It had clearly not been cleaned as there was s#*t left in the bowl) The master bed was squeaky and made noises every time you moved The linen was not of hotel quality 90% of the window needed cleaning (they had handprints/smudges from previous clients)

Beautiful home. Clean with all the necessary facilities. Great view of the river from the deck. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

No complaints at all.

Very nice home. Four adults and 2 kids were accommodated very well with ample bathrooms and a good kitchen. Every amenity was provided. The Christmas Tree was a lovely extra touch. Thanks

Wifi dropped out in the morning but that’s ok. Less screen time on holiday is not a bad thing.

exceptional bungalow with garage, laundry machine, dryer located near waikato river with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 double bed room dpwnstairs comfortable soft beds. Very clean,except for bakings pans which had crumbs on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen including condiments, sauces, milk except missing a microwave oven. Definitely would stay again.

hard to find, is after no. 3 , technically is no. 1 and not no. 12. Best to have a washing hose in the garden to wash cars.

Fully equipped with all we need. Brand new. Quality supply of coffee and tea bags. Books and games for kids.

Honestly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in, kitchen and living room are huge and have so much space. bedrooms are also huge and all for a great price. Also all really clean
