Забронировали аппартаменты, бронь подтвердили, дали запрос на поздний выезд его тоже подтвердили, дали запрос на прибытие в 15:00 - 16:00 и его подтвердили, на следующий день прилетаем в город звоним объекту размещения, хозяйка дает номер своего менеджера. Мы звоним менеджеру, та не в курсе что была бронь через сайт, о подтверждении тоже не в курсе. Поэтому квартиру она сдала другим людям и в замен она может подыскать нам другую квартиру так же в другом районе. Это какое то издевательство. Или лохотрон какой то
