ITPrenoto questo appartamento perché è comodo alla zona dove io ho necessità di vivere. Il letto è molto comodo . Ha una grande terrazza ma in inverno naturalmente non è fruibile
L'acqua calda della doccia non è miscelabile o fredda o bollente da ustione. Non c'è il forno microonde. Solo un rotolo di carta igienica. Il riscaldamento non era funzionante. Molto rumorosa la cabina ascensore, una sera è andata per quasi due ore ininterrottamente.

FIITL'appartamento è molto carino. I mobili nuovi. La terrazza è molto grande ma il brutto tempo non ha permesso l'utilizzo. Il letto ha un materasso molto comodo. Zanzariere nuove. Ottima il piano cottura a induzione e frigo molto capace. Nel quartiere che conosco molto bene per motivi familiari si trovano molto vicini supermarket, ristoranti e tutti i servizi.
Ho saputo solo al check-in che l'ascensore non arrivava al 6 piano e a piedi bisogna salire un piano e con valigie pesanti è un problema per una persona sola. L'acqua calda è bollente , ustiona, non si miscela o fredda o super bollente....l'ho comunicato al proprietario che controllerà. Non c'è il forno microonde e qualche piatto in più e le forbici sarebbero utili . Così pure mancano abatjour ai lati del letto

GRA beautiful and cozy apartment with a spacious terrace and a lovely view of the city. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and about 10 minutes to the seaside.
The kitchen is very poorly equipped, making it difficult to cook anything. The terrace, although large, has no furniture at all. My elderly mother had to carry the table from the kitchen to sit outside. Additionally, there are no hooks or hangers at the entrance, so there's nowhere to hang a coat or bag.
