D5-Coral Springs Poolside-Ground Floor 3-bedroom Hillside View

Large space and having a corner unit were top tier. Location to Interstate 15 was optimal for travel.

Thin walls. We could hear everything from the neighboring unit and the unit above. Not enough hand and kitchen towels for the amount of days we were staying. The guest bathroom shower has low pressure due to the bath tub faucet flowing at full blast whilst showering. Could use a more thorough dusting (fake plants are GROSS). Dryer lint trap has a huge hole in it. Dining room screen door has huge holes in it (can’t open the sliding door to let the air flow in without bugs getting in).

We enjoyed the condo. It was as pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities for cooking. The location is very beautiful. It was comfortable, the beds and the sofas were nice. There was always a quick response to inquiries made through the messaging service.

The master bathroom looks remarkable in pictures, but the tub jets didn’t work and by appearance haven’t worked for a while. There was mold growing around inside of them. The place was in need of a deep dusting. Artificial plants and decorations were very dusty. The tub in the other bathroom needed unclogging, which took a day longer than we’d hoped for.

Quite dark, some equipment in the appartment made some noise whenever the water was used, the teapot was a disaster- attached to a wire and my husband got burns as trying to pour the water and not realizing that the pot is attached.

Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of sleeping space for a large party. We only had 5 people but could've slept a lot more. The primary bedroom and bathroom were especially large and nice. The unit was overall very clean, and the location was very convenient with quick access to the freeway. The unit was very clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect for a short weekend stay!

Difficult to find as the unit info sent by booking.com was confusing. The building manager was very quick to respond to our messages and helped us find it right away. For future guests, turn left when you drive into the complex and the condo is in building D around the back side of the building. If you park in the parking strip just past building D and take the walkway around back it's easier to find that way the first time than going through the front of the building or through the parking garage. Our only other complaint was that the bed pillows and bedding were a little worn down and flat. The beds themselves were very comfortable though.

This was a last minute booking. The property was very clean and very high end.

The AC in the master bedroom didn’t work well. The bathtub drain did not work well.

Beds were amazing, very clean and very fast at answering any questions we had.

Lights would flicker and random lights would randomly shut off but it wasn't bad
