Very family friendly, very close Airport. The staff is very kind and friendly. They fulfilled all our additional requests.. good safe car parking. They have a party hall and dining hall for small parties. This is a best choice for families coming to Chennai for any functions or airport transit.

The location was quite interior and difficult to locate. The house and rooms were fine, and clean enough, but the place was absolutely sparse. 1 toothpaste(one time use), 1 toothbrush and 1 sachet shampoo was provided for the house. It is funny that they'd think all members will use the 1 toothbrush and shampoo sachet among them, though we didnt really need those. But no soap or towels was provided in the bathrooms. When asked, the caretaker said that they would provide towels only if asked, and would provide 2 towels only, and 1 soap for the stay even though 3 of us were staying and there were 2 bathrooms. Even that was lip service only, and towel and soap was not brought around at all even after asking and arguing about it. Not even a cup was available to drink water.

1. Cockroaches in toilet. Totally unacceptable 2. Not a single table in any bedroom to keep suitcases, handbags, mobiles, etc. Very difficult & impractical for travelers 3. Only one towel, one toothpaste tube, one toothbrush, one mini soap provided for 5 guests!!! 4. Approach roads are terrible, spoiling the location of the apartment 5. Totally inadequate lighting - each bedroom and even the living room have only one tubelight. Very poorly illuminated

It was a good call as we was arriving into Chennai airport in the early hours of the morning,perfect close location and comfortable after a long flight…

Not much light in the living room area,kitchen had no kitchen appliances including glasses,plates,like zero..

- there are sticker on every switch so you know which light or fan is going on - very good internet - the owner is helpful

I picked this place to get a good night sleep before a long flight. There was no kitchen utensils, no drinking water, nor toilet paper. When I asked they provided them. For some reason mosquitoes kept entering the apartment (I don't know from where) and I had to chase a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. You can imagine I didn't close my eyes much. Also, I selected this apartment because they also offered shuttle bus to the airport. Turned out this was not true (now at least they removed this option from the property description). I suppose they can improve a lot if they want to keep it competitive.
