Very cosy studio apartment. It was everything we needed for a one night stay. Clean and tidy. Bed was extremely comfortable. Will likely book again when visiting our daughter.

Easy check-in process, self contained, very tidy, ideal location, nice shower and comfy bed, fridge and mini kitchen. I will definitely book again.

Not much to dislike - The WIFI is more than adequate for basic web browsing but it struggled slightly when I was streaming live TV (BBC for football, Sky Go App, Netflix, etc.)

This was a great little studio apartment that I would stay in again if visiting Manchester! Mark met me to let me in when I arrived and communications were easy - plus he lives upstairs so it’s handy to get in touch if you need anything. But the apartment was really well equipped so I didn’t need anything! Good to have a fridge/freezer and a cooker. Shower was great, lots of nice little things around the apartment to make homely/comfortable without being cluttered at all. Great location for visiting rhs Bridgewater 10 mins away. Really quiet, and the outdoor space feels like an extra room (in summer!), I slept great! Thanks Mark!

This is the cutest little room ever! It is spotlessly clean and a lot of thought has gone into it. It met my needs perfectly for a one night stay whilst working at Manchester University. The bed is super comfy and the shower was fabulous. The owner is lovely and I'll definitely be checking if it's available next time I'm working in Manchester

The space around the bed is very tight. The TV mounted against the wall opposite the bed is slightly blocking the way to and from the bathroom. However Mark made it clear on the booking form that the studio apartment is compact.

Clean, quiet and safe. Very good shower and very comfortable bed. Good parking. Well appointed, stylish. A lot of thought has gone into making the best of the space.

Puzzled by the supersmart TV, couldn't work out how to access terrestrial channels and free view as I am not used to such things! That is not the fault of the property!!

Everything was clean, all the products was also there
