The WaterHouse Avenue by Kandara 5 Star City Home in Maidstone

Beautiful spacious and light interior, high quality, attention to detail, luxurious furnishings and very comfortable. We loved the fact it was immaculately clean, and the electronic, ultramodern facilities. Such comfortable beds, duvet and pillows - it was like sleeping on a cloud! Nice of you to leave lots of little extras.

Sadly, no milk was provided, which was disappointing, and unexpected, so we couldn’t enjoy our hot drinks or eat any cereal, assuming the cereal box was provided for guests. The photos had shown croissants, juice and fruit, which was misleading as none of these were provided. Would suggest that even long life milk would have been preferable to none, especially in such a high end facility, given this is a basic requirement for B&B guests. Would have liked confirmation on the Booking.com page, at reservation, as to when we could expect full check-in instructions. It added a layer of stress to our wedding not to know in advance that instructions would be sent ON THE MORNING of our stay. It would also be helpful to give more information about the address; it is not immediately clear which building the apartment is in, following reservation. Guest check-in information could therefore be enhanced by adding a more detailed note on the Booking.com page, affirming that “full details will be sent on the morning of check-in by 9.00am”. The instructions were easy to follow and the accompanying photos helpful, though, thank you.

Comfy luxurious boho home vibe with all amenities. Oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, shower/bath 2x bedrooms, really comfy soft sofa , and beautiful decorated. We loved how spacious the apartment is and there is a lift to the first floor of the apartment or stairs on the outside.

Street lights were directly outside the bedrooms windows and we are not used to this due to living in a rural area. There was also a loud 'hooing' windy noise coming from the stairs from within apartments. (However it wouldn't make us not come again!)

Superb, everything was perfect, it was lovely to receive slippers and chocolates too! Incredibly clean and perfectly presented, the host was happy to extend our stay an extra night at short notice too.

Nothing, we’ll be back again!

Amazing apartment provided with everything you could ever need! My family had a lovely stay here and didn't want to leave. Will definitely be rebooking soon!

The flat is very modern and very comfortable.

Collecting the key instructions is not intuitive, especially when you park your car from the allocated space and try to find the key box. Also, when we have to put the car permit card, it should state more clearly that the permit needs to be returned to the flat. I'm glad that I have checked with the owner before leaving. So, a lot of in and out before you can settle from your long day.

Beautiful decoration throughout, very high tech! Incredible attention to detail and felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Super comfy beds,beautiful bathrooms. Tea coffee milk etc available. Would book again in a heartbeat.
