Хозяин оказался не добросовестный, собирались приехать компанией друзей, после бронирования на Booking хозяин начал требовать предоплату 20% (хотя этого нет в объявление), договорились что отдам на месте налом, в день приезда хозяин сообщает что дом уже сдан, хотя у меня бронь в Booking активная. После сообщил что я не выполнил требования. Вот так мы компание остались в патаи без жилья

So many rooms

I don’t like that they force us to paid for electricity bills 7bath / unit and the house isn’t cheap for collecting more electricity bills

Airco in every room. Very clean. Change of sheets and towels every few days. Helpful staff that sorts out any issues quickly. Large, comfy beds. Large, well furnished rooms. Clean pool and plenty of sunbeds and couches for chilling.

Not close to walking street - about 15-20 minutes by taxi! Luckily taxis are cheap and plentyfull in Pattaya... Electricity not included and can be quite expensive because of the airco and instant water heaters. We paid around 200 euro per week.

Snooker Inside is fine

"The photos absolutely do not match reality. The condition of the house is very poor. There are cameras all over the house outside area, that watch you while you sunbathe by the pool."

Property is clean. The staffs wrecked very helpful and kind
