Staff were extremely accommodating and Andi was exceptional. The villa manager Apriadi did all he could to fix the many maintenance problems the villa had.

The senior villa managers were terrible. The villa was extremely tired and had many problems. So bad that we wanted a refund so we could stay elsewhere. This was denied by the senior management.
