Luxury Penthouse with 2 Floors Pool Patio Gym Walk to Broadway

Nothing, it was beautiful and in a great location

It was extremely clean and well kept. We enjoyed the location since there was lots to do in the area and we were able to easily walk to and from. It was nice to have a parking garage available to us so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. It was also very safe and had a nice view from the balcony.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the pictures provided, super modern and really clean. Amy was a wonderful host that was very attentive and responded to queries very quickly! Her instructions on gaining access to the building and general information on the stay were very clear, informative and easy to follow. The building was very secure and the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful!

While the location itself was great, and only about a 15-20 minute walk to broadway, the only thing I did not realise until after we had arrived was that the building is located in an area presumably being developed and there was a homeless shelter close by (across the road I believe). So there were a lot of homeless around the streets surrounding the building during the day and night. While it was generally fine, my mum and I did at times feel quite vulnerable walking up the street to the building and had a few remarks made to us while passing one night. Therefore I would be remiss not to mention I personally would not book here again if I was travelling back to Nashville by myself and would not suggest walking alone at night back to the apartment. I would suggest taking an uber from the building to the downtown area and walking up the street if with a group.
