AUUSBeautiful space in a great location. The apartment was nicely furnished. The rooftop lounge was great. Nespresso machine in lobby was a nice extra. Everything was new and clean!
The Air conditioning sounded like somebody threw broken glass into the system. Every time it kicked on - the LOUD rattling began - all night long. The attendant in the lobby provided no help with available parking.

BRUSthe concierge though very pleasant had no idea the property was booked via booking.com and had to figure out what flat it was as that information was not given to me or him.
Though the property advertised free breakfast there was nothing available during our stay . The flat had a Keurig machine for coffee but no pods . Coffee was available in the lobby. When I challenged to ask where breakfast would be available , AI told me on the roof but nothing was there and the concierge confirmed they don't offer breakfast . The property manager never answered any of my questions on time ( about parking or breakfast ) The only contact I had during my stay was to know if I had left yet as the cleaner was early at the flat.
USDue to a water leak in this property, we were transferred to One Greenway, 88 Kneedland Street. The apartment was fantastic, beautiful. The location was convenient to Boston's T. Security was great. The concierge service was great. Enjoyed our stay there very much.

GBWe didn’t get to stay in this property as we were contacted by the host. 30 minutes before we arrived to say there was a maintenance issue Offered a new apartment which was not in the area we had chosen although it was a little larger
The new property was noisy and a bit less central. Booking.com didn’t help me with this last minute change and we felt we had very little choice at such short notice
AUWe did not stay at this apartment as it was apparently water damaged so we stayed T an apartment at kneeland st next to china town. The apartment was very nice amd easy walking distance to everywhere and 9 mins from the downtown crossing subway. Its was a modern apartment with nice facilities.
