Charming Studio in Adamastor Super central by Lisbeyond

You Have to get the internet fixed. - it cuts in and out all the time. Impossible to even watch TV

Location close to the center

- Not good value for money at all - way too expensive for a studio of this kind! I - Apartment in general clean but small cockroaches all the time in the bathroom! - Apartment looks way smaller and darker that on the pictures - barely no natural light / just 2 mini windows on the front door - No ventilation at all in the apartment, not even in the bathroom - so you smell it - Very noisy - Super small bed (140cm) - not comfortable at all for 2 people - Sofa is hard as a rock - The apartment deserves a refresh (a lot of things are broken or damaged) - On top of it, the person handing you the keys over ask you an additional 4€ per night for tourism taxes, to give her in cash only (and if you don't have the exact amount, she keeps the difference because she doesn't have change...) So this is not okay; tourists taxes should be officially managed by Booking, on the platform, before trip starts.

The location was fabulous! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept like logs. The hosts were very attentive. Checking in to ensure that we were happy and had no problems.

The street was busier than we expected...noisy in the afternoon.

The Lisbeyond team were excellent hosts. They were incredibly responsive to any questions and accommodating for any situation. The best I have experienced for this type of accommodation. The location is amazing and the apartment very quiet. Perfect size for up to two people. Closest car/uber access location is BATZ cafe. Then a short walk up to the apartment. Lots of great restaurants, cafes in the area including authentic portuguese spots. Loved it.

The linen, pillows and bed could do with an upgrade. The key access is very tricky at times and easy at others.

I was very glad that we were able to drop our bags off prior to check in due to an early flight

There was some black buildup in the shower that was a little gross but otherwise the place was very clean.
