Clever geplante und eingerichtete 40qm haben nie das Gefühl von Enge vermittelt. Da alles sehr neu war gibt es am Zustand der Wohnung kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Die Matratzen haben wir als durchgelegen empfunden. Die Küche ist tatsächlich VOLL ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Qualität der elektronischen Ausstattung( Wasserkocher, Herdplatte &Co) ist nicht besonders hochwertig. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Fahhradverleih (für Ückeritzcard Inhaber kostenlos!) direkt vorm Wohnzimmerfenster. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Nähe zum Nachbar ist unvermeidlich. Wir hatten in der absoluten Nebensaison einen tollen, ruhigen Urlaub!

Die Preisvorstellungen für diese Wohnung in der Hauptsaison halten wir für völlig überzogen und nicht gerechtfertigt. Es ist und bleibt eine kleine, neu ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe in Ückeritz. Kein Kaiserbad, kein Meerblick, kein Luxus. Bei Vollbelegung sicherlich laut. Da wird die Fahrradleihstation vorm Wohnzimmerfenster schnell zum Nachteil. Das Buchungsprozedere fanden wir nicht zeitgemäß. Überweisung mit anschließendem Email Verkehr. Kreditkarte, PayPal und Co machen das heute deutlich weniger zeitaufwendig möglich. Unser Fazit: In der absoluten Nebensaison ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
