MY1. On my last day, in the morning around 8am, power failure, mati karan, whole room turn dark and we can't do anything, so I rush to the counter, luckily the staff let the maintenance to check and let us move to the next door. I don't mind and it's ok for the incident. Finally we managed to check out and arrived in airport on time.
The sound insulation equipment is relatively poor. The guest next door chit chatting till late, they laughed so laud and the female guest voice kinda sharp and loud. SOUND INSULATION KINDA POOR, that's all

MYMYMYMYOverall stay was not up to expectations. The Bangladeshi staff were rude and unprofessional. Upon check-in, my shoe broke, and the second staff member just stood there without offering any help. There were no water bottles in the room, no tissue refills, and many other incomplete details. No extension for check-out time was allowed either. I will not stay here again in the future — this was by far the poorest hotel experience I’ve ever had.
