I booked this apartment for the second time, the first time because the shopkeeper gave me the wrong key box password, and the second time when I checked in, the key provided by the shopkeeper could not open the door. The shopkeeper said that I should take a taxi to check in at another property of his, and promised to reimburse the taxi fare. However, the shopkeeper was directly replied to the message and phone call later, and did not reimburse me for the taxi fare. A very bad experience
