Beachfront Bliss! 1800 sq ft Spacious 3BR Sleeps 12 - Oceans 9D

Location. Easy walking to restaurants and bars plus some shopping. Being up high, we saw lots of dolphins, even a very rare rice whale. Master bed was very comfortable.

Biggest thing is there isn't a dresser anywhere. We each just used a twin bed for our clothes that didn't hang.

This place was amazing. It was so clean and had an awesome view of the ocean. There was a ton of space to spread out. David and Jocelyn were great communicators and so accommodating. We really appreciated being able to have our dog with us as well.

Pet-friendly. Prompt communication from hosts who were very informative and friendly. Spacious. Directly on the beach. Views from the balcony with sounds of the ocean. Long hallway full of mirrors-perfect for pictures. Comfortable beds. Large master shower with dual sinks. Close to shops, restaurants, and stores (liquor store and grill literally across the street).

Excellent view from the balcony. We are on the top floor we have lots of fun.

The elevator needs a service

The property was very clean and a great location to everything. It’s on the top floor with a great view of the beach and ocean and is on the end of the floor. Very quiet stay. I would definitely recommend this place and we will more than likely be staying here once again. Thanks for accommodating our family.

The view of the ocean, and we were in walking distance of mostly everything we did. The pool was nice and quiet.

The only complaint would be the people who stayed in 8c surely did not follow the after 10 p.m. noise but other than that it was an awesome vacay spot.

Everything was amazing!! The only thing that could have been better would have been having access to the beach for wheelchairs. The turn in the fence and the steps to the beach made it impossible to get on the beach so we had to cancel our daughters beach wheelchair rental. This had NOTHING to do with the owners of the condo!!! They were amazing!!

This has to be one of the very best locations in the central GSB community. You have nearly everything you need within a nice walking distance. This is a smaller condo structure so it never felt like you were surrounded by 1000 people, actually never saw that many people. I love that there is a large container next to the pool area as you walk out to the beach that has beach toys in it (A lot of various kids toys) (take one - leave one) SO cool! The unit is very nice! Has all the basics needed. Very clean and I'll add - I like to keep the indoor sand trail minimal so having access to a vacuum was great! Thank you. Also, this unit is very quiet. I never heard neighbors. David and Jocelyn are the BEST! They respond (and that says a lot in todays market) and they made sure our stay was excellent.

Nothing wrong at all with the unit. The elevator was sketchy at first but was taken care of quickly. Very quick response. Parking is easy but it can be tight if people with large vehicles don't park on the outer spaces available.
