The property was clean and conveniently located. Unfortunately, it was very noisy. The thin walls made it hard to insulate sound from the neighbouring room where loud music was being played. At the same time the AC was so loud that it was very hard to sleep. Despite calling the front desk twice the noise from the neighbouring room only subsided after midnight.

feedback for my stay int eh hotel. Complementary Grab and go breakfast was available only till 7:30 AM instead of what the hotel staff mentioned that it would be available between 6 to 9 AM. We were informed incorrectly that breakfast is limited and its first come first serve basis. Instead after asking hotel staff we have been told they do not have arrangement to refill the breakfast which is incorrect as per hotel policy. Hotel should be reimbursing and should not be mentioning that any option of breakfast if its not available.

New and very clean, friendly staff, spacious & well-appointed room

Good stay. Easy check in. Room very adequate, clean, beds comfortable. Charges a bit high for quality but everything in the area seemed to be. I found it hard to regulate AC so was chilly in the night but better to be a little cool than too hot when outside temps up to 91 degrees. Did not have breakfast as we left early. Location handy to airport.

Super premium price for lowest order facility. No hairdryer, (upset wife), no working phone, no dishes in Extended Stay Suite (none, zero, nada). The door closers are dangerous and close on suitcases, kids and service dogs. Impossible to enter building or rooms without busting an elbow or suitcase or kids or wife. The extra heavy doors are fine for fire control, but upgrade the closers to give a power assist and for holding open till I enter. I hope someone else's kid get a broken finger and sues. I don't want the hassle, but these locations need to have a harsh lesson. To top it all off the "included breakfast," per the front desk at check-in, is a simple coffee and bagel or granola bar. Supe 8 does better by far.

I stayed for 13 days on 4th floor. Elevator was broken for 12 days till my check out. There is only one elevator and going to 4 floor on stair is not easy.

The elevators weren’t working and we had to take our luggage up to the fourth floor. Kind of painful but overall, a good sleep for a short evening.

For our stay, the breakfast was included, however we were told while check-in that it is grab and go which starts at 6 and end 9:30 AM. The breakfast was limited to coffee, Eggs, Muffin and Yogurt. Around 8 AM, almost all of the breakfasts were gone and was told that we will not refill as we ran out of the quantities. Excuse was given that we do not get the supplies daily and we were not planned enough to have sufficient. My kids were hungry and had to go out for the breakfast. This was poor response from the property manager which I didn't like at all.
