JOMYMYMYMYMYMYI really like the location—it’s very strategic and easily accessible to the Shah Alam area.And I also really like the facilities, and the staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with.
First things first, the first thing I checked was the toilet. Basically, it was clean, but the toilet door didn’t have a lock. I didn’t bother to complain about it, but I think it’s something that should be checked. My room number was 107. The room was also a bit smelly—I’m not sure what it was, but it smelled like smoke and the smell stuck to my clothes. I think this is something that needs to be double-checked before serving the room to customers. There was also an incident where someone knocked on my door at 1 a.m., which woke me up. Because of that, I couldn’t go back to sleep. When I checked out, the staff explained that they knocked because they served the wrong room. But honestly, what’s the point of knocking on my door at 1 a.m. and expecting me to open it? Of course I wouldn’t—it’s already very late. That said, I do like the staff because they are very helpful. They assisted me when I got locked out and also provided a hanger when I requested one. However, there are certain areas that need improvement.
