Great property, close to the centre and quiet in the evenings

Nothing was a really good place to stay for an overnight.

Well kept, clean, easy to get to and close to city centre! Had everything we needed for our stay and our point of contact kept us informed and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this place.

The property was clean, had parking and was in a relatively quiet neighborhood- very responsive owners, good value for money

The bed/ matresses were quite worn, no drawers/ wardrobe - had to live out of our suitcase on the floor( sorry not 20 anymore 😅) There’s a motion sensor between entrance and bathroom, if using the toilet at night you are fully awake in the limelight

Great location and very clean and tidy

Brilliant two bed apartment. Very cosy, both beds are huge, and 20 min walk through the park to the centre (or 5 mins on bus). Easy entry, all properly explained from the owner. No fuss. Also bigger IRL than I expected! How often does that happen?

I booked this apartment for 7 days while my daughter attended postgrad studies at Cardiff University, and it was an ideal choice. The location is very convenient, with the university just a short distance away. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. The open-plan kitchen and dining area were a great touch, and having two bathrooms, including an en suite, made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the dedicated parking space behind the building. It was great to have this, especially since I had my car with me during the stay. It made coming and going stress-free, and parking in Cardiff can sometimes be tricky, so this was a real bonus. The only small suggestion I have is to consider upgrading the mattresses and pillows for extra comfort. I mentioned this to the landlord, and he responded quickly, letting me know that they are already in the process of updating the furniture. It’s great to know the improvements are on the way, which shows how proactive and attentive he is. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cardiff, especially for those needing to be near the university.

Awesome location, comfortable and very clean. Great communication throughout and plenty of parking.
